Here is our subscription how-to guide, if you are thinking of creating a subscription or want to brush up on the features as a subscriber already. With our Laughing Dog food subscription service you will be able to: Amend your products Alter your frequency Hold multiple subscriptions under one account Amend billing and shipping information Amend card information Pause or cancel subscriptions at any time …and so much more! How-to Guide: Log into ‘My Account’ on our website. If you don’t already have one, simply register. You should then receive a welcome email from us once you register, so just remember to check your junk folder, if you cannot find It in your main inbox. Go to the shop and find the complete food, treats, or mixer meal that you would like in your subscription (not all products are available on subscription). Select the weight and click ‘subscribe and save’. This will display your subscription price including the 15% discount you receive on every dog food subscription, which is automatically built in Next, select how frequent you would like your delivery to be.If you would like to add lots of different products in your subscription i.e., complete and treats. Just make sure you add them all to your basket before you checkout. Make sure your frequency and food selected is correct, as you will not be able to amend any details until your second order is dispatched. If you choose to subscribe to products at different frequencies, you will need to create separate subscriptions. Now go to ‘View Shopping Basket’ and ensure all the products that you have chosen for your subscription specify that they are subscription items (‘Subscription Plan’ is printed in blue alongside your chosen frequency) if you wish to purchase some other products as a ‘one off’ then don’t worry; you can do this at the same time you set up your subscription, then you do not need to do a separate transaction. You will be able to check out all items at once. Check out and pay as normal. The discount will be automatically applied to the basket for all eligible items. Depending on your frequency, a payment will be automatically taken from your account on the date you set it. Sit back and relax, knowing your naturally delicious dog food will be delivered to your door. What changes can I make to my Laughing Dog Food Subscription? Once your dog food subscription is fully active (once the second payment has been taken), you will be able to amend: Billing address Shipping address Frequency Billing date Products Your dog food subscription will be fully active once the second payment is taken, until then it will be in a ‘trial period’ and amendments are unable to me made. Therefore, please ensure that you have set up your subscription with the correct details and you are 100% happy with the payment date and frequency before you check out. Please bear in mind that the customer service team will not be able to amend anything whilst in the trial period. How do I access my dog food subscription? Go to ‘My Account’, and log in, you will be presented with your account dashboard and from there you will be able to access your subscription by clicking on ‘Subscriptions’. This will show you both active and cancelled subscriptions. You can also pause a subscription for up to 30 days. After 30 days, your subscription will automatically reinstate, and payment will be taken. How do I edit the frequency of my dog food subscription? On active subscriptions, you will see the option to ‘edit’. It will bring up parts of your subscription that you can amend at that point. Once you have amended the details you wanted, click ‘Save Subscription’ and the bottom of the page. Those changes will then take effect AFTER your next subscription order is triggered. If you wish to bring the date forward, you can do it before the set date, however, If you wish to push it back, the subscription will roll to the next frequency set date. customer service team will also not be able to amend anything in the trial period too. How do I change my payment date? Select ‘Edit’ next to ‘Next Payment Date’ and you will be able to choose the date that your subscription is due to trigger. If you have edited your frequency, you may also want to go into this section to change the payment date. If you wish to bring the payment date forward because you need your dog food sooner, you will need to contact our customer service team, either my LiveChat, email (bakery@laughingdogfood.com) or call us on 0800 098 8057, the team are available Mon-Fri 8-5. How do I change my shipping address? You can amend your shipping address as many times as you would like. Simply select ‘Edit’ and update your address as needed. Can I change my billing? You can amend your billing address by going into ‘Account Information’ by accessing ‘My Account’. Can I update my card details? Simply go into the subscription that you wish to update your payment details, ‘Edit’ and enter your new card details then save changes. Can I pause or cancel my dog food subscription? You can pause or cancel your dog food subscription at any time. To pause your subscription, go to ‘Subscriptions’ then choose the subscription you wish to pause and select ‘Pause’. This will pause your subscription for up to 30 days before it is then set back to live, and payment will be taken. If you wish to cancel your dog food subscription, go to ‘Subscriptions’, chose your subscription, and select ‘Cancel’. Once all your dog food subscriptions are cancelled, your account will revert to a standard Laughing Dog customer account, no longer enabling you to enjoy free next working delivery and a 15% discount. Free delivery is only available on purchases over £40. Can I have my order early? If your dog food subscription is fully active, you will see the option to ‘Trigger Now’ at the bottom of your subscription page. If your order is finalised before 11.30am Mon – Fri, we will dispatch the same day. Please only press the trigger now button once, it mey take up to a hour for your confirmation email to be in your inbox. Please note, clicking the button multiple times will result in a payment being taken each time. My payment has failed, what do I do? If your subscription payment has failed, our payment system, Stripe, will automatically retry the payment in 3 days. If you require your order prior to this, please contact us on 0800 098 8057 to retry the payment. Please note pressing the trigger now button when you have a failed payment will create a second invoice resulting in two payments being taken, we recommend getting in touch as soon as possible to take payment on the original invoice.
