Let’s get baking!

Ingredients:

150g Rolled oats

1 Ripe banana

2tsp Peanut butter (xylitol-free)

1 Egg

2tbsp Wholemeal flour

Topping

50g Blueberries

70g Greek yogurt

Method:

Preheat oven to 180°c

Add a sheet of paper to a large baking tray.

Add the oats to a blender and blitz until they resemble flour.

Add the oat and flour mix with the peanut butter, banana and egg to a bowl and mix thoroughly until it forms a dough.

Roll the dough out to an inch thickness on a floured surface.

Cut the dough using a bat shaped cutter.

Bake the biscuits for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Leave to cool completely on a cooling rack.

Make the topping by blitzing the blueberries in a food processor or blender and adding to the yogurt.

Top the biscuits with the purple mixture and watch your four-legged friends enjoy their spooky treat!
