Here at Laughing Dog our mission is to bake dogs, 100% dog happy. We carefully bake every single batch of Laughing Dog food and make every effort to ensure that your order is very carefully despatched to you. Consequently, we always hope that you and your dog are 100% happy with your Laughing Dog food.
However, if you wish to return your food item or Laughing Dog accessory please email us at email@example.com or telephone our Customer Service team on 0800 098 8057, and we will do all we can to resolve your issue. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)
Please contact us within 14 days if the product received is not what you have ordered or if it is faulty in some way. Please see our contact details above.
If item is faulty please quote Best Before date and Batch Number (found after the Best Before date) and return the item to us at Laughing Dog Food return address below as quickly as possible so that we can get our technical team to investigate further.
We will not be obliged to refund to you the cost of returning products to us, or the cost of returning any products to us which, upon examination, we believe is not an incorrect product or carries a fault.
(Please note: the Laughing Dog item you wish to return must be in its original condition (unopened/unused).

Take your parcel to any Post Office, remembering to obtain a Proof of Postage receipt (this is a free service). You must retain this until the item is credited on your statement, as this enables us to trace your order.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return.
