In order to sign up to our subscription service, you will first need to create a customer account. Once this is in place, you can then browse the products that you want in your subscription, choose your weights, quantities and how often you want everything delivered. Finally, add to your basket and checkout. It’s as simple as that!
You can have an unlimited amount of subscriptions. If you have more than one dog and they each have varying diets, you might like to set up individual subscriptions for them.
There is no minimum subscription length that you have to sign up to.
We offer free UK next working day delivery on subscription orders where the shipping address is based within UK mainland. Please be aware that if you live in an area outside of the UK mainland, a delivery charge will apply but this will be displayed at checkout.
Yes! You simply need to log into your customer account and select My Subscriptions. From here, you will be able to edit your payment date, frequency, shipping address and payment details. You can also edit the quantity of a particular product in your subscription, you just need to follow the prompts on the product page. You will be asked if you want to make the change to just your upcoming order or make it a permanent change. You can also remove products by clicking ‘remove’ when you edit your subscription.
If you would like to add new products, please be aware that, currently, the system will generate an additional subscription profile for you. You can keep track of everything in the My Subscriptions section in your account.
If you pause, amend or cancel your order(s), you must do this 48 hours before your order is due to go out.
Please be aware that if you change the payment date, this will be the date at which your new frequency starts.
Should you wish to take a break from Laughing Dog Food, you can cancel your subscription/s. You will have the option to renew it again if you decide you want to come back.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Should there be any issues with your payment card, the system will attempt to take your subscription payment up to a maximum of 3 times. If payment still cannot be processed after this, your subscription will automatically cancel and you will need to set up a new one. We do not have authorisation to re-instate any cancelled subscriptions.
Yes, all customer who sign up to our subscription service will be entitled to discounted products from their first order.
Our subscription service offers a 15% discount across any products you subscribe to. The way in which our system applies the discount is by only charging you 85% of the product price. The discount will not be documented separately on your subscription, the products will automatically be discounted for you.
We aim to ensure that you experience no disruption to your service. However, if a stock issue arises, we will be in touch to offer an alternative product or a refund.
Our subscriptions are rolling, which means that once you’ve selected your chosen frequency of orders, your payment and delivery will be automatically processed. You can edit and cancel your subscription from your account at any time.

Discount codes cannot be used with subscriptions as you are already receiving a regular 15% discount with your subscription.
If you create a subscription but also try to purchase an adhoc item which is not on subscription, you also cannot use a discount code. However, we try to ensure that as a company our discount codes are kept to a minimum so that our subscription customers are rewarded!
If you create a subscription to a Laughing Dog product you will always enjoy a regular 15% discount.
We try to limit changes to our pricing but sometimes due to the costs of ingredients or delivery we may need to do this. If we need to make a change to our pricing, we will ensure that we notify you of this change one month before it takes effect.
