It is important to keep your dog protected from the sunny weather this summer. Here are our four top tips to keeping your dog cool in hot weather:

  1. Give your dog plenty of water and ensure they have a bowl near by to easily access
  2. Make sure there is lots of shade in the garden
  3. If you cannot hold your hand on the floor for 5 seconds, it’s too hot for your dog
  4. Ensure you walk your dog at cooler times of the day
