Ingredients

  • 180g rolled oats
  • 100g wholewheat flour
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 50 peanut butter (xylitol-free)*

*Xylitol is an increasingly common sugar replacement sweetener. Its all-natural sugar substitute that’s fine for people but poisonous to dogs.

Method

Preheat your oven to 180 degree

  1. Add greaseproof paper to a large baking tray
  2. Add the oats to a blender and blend until they reach a flour-like texture
  3. Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix until the mixture forms a sticky dough
  4. Flour a clean surface and roll out the dough until it is 1cm thick
  5. Cut out your dog biscuits into the shape you like or use a template
  6. Place the dog biscuits onto the baking tray and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown
  7. Leave to cool
