Ingredients
- 180g rolled oats
- 100g wholewheat flour
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 egg
- 50 peanut butter (xylitol-free)*
*Xylitol is an increasingly common sugar replacement sweetener. Its all-natural sugar substitute that’s fine for people but poisonous to dogs.
Method
Preheat your oven to 180 degree
- Add greaseproof paper to a large baking tray
- Add the oats to a blender and blend until they reach a flour-like texture
- Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix until the mixture forms a sticky dough
- Flour a clean surface and roll out the dough until it is 1cm thick
- Cut out your dog biscuits into the shape you like or use a template
- Place the dog biscuits onto the baking tray and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown
- Leave to cool
